  • Welcome to my blog!

    Hey gorgeous, welcome to the Inbal More Photography Blog. It’s a magical place that transports you to the world of photography by way of my experiences. So what is this world all about? Well, I get to be there for people’s celebrations of love, milestones, family and life. I get the thrill of recording these celebrations with images that allow you to feel passion and joy. And on top of all that, I get to meet wonderful people as clients who then turn into good friends. So come along and see what I’m so excited about.

Happy Halloween muhaaaahaha

Hope you all are having a gorgeous Halloween. I am still trying to make sense of the weather here on the East Coast. I just can’t believe that on Saturday I photographed my first snow wedding of the season in October!! While the next day, I was hanging out with Romy at the Leesburg Animal Park and soaking up the beautiful sun. What in the world?

On a great note, Romy won first prize the 2nd year in a row, for the most original costume, at the contest they have every year at the Leesburg Animal Park. She was dressed as Elmo and she brought her friend…guess who? Yes, Elmo himselfJ

Trick or Treat everyone

Xoxo,

Happy Jewish New Year {Rosh Hashana}

Yes, I have neglected my blog for a while, but it is all about to change. After all, it is the beginning of a new year…well, the Jewish New Year that is… and a resolution is in order.

One of the religious traditions of Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur is the Shofar {horn} blowing; hence, the weird, yet interesting looking object in Romy’s mouth.

Inbal More Photography wishes a sweet new beginning to our family, friends and clients… hmm, a little redundant considering our clients become family/friends. May the New Year bring peace, prosperity, good health and a world filled with laughter and love.

I leave you with the images of our two main divas, whom I love dearly….and let me tell you, if these two are in the same picture frame… hugging… I have hope for peace all over the world.

Xoxo,

Lisa & Dan: wedding {The W hotel, Washington DC}

Their love story began in 2008, Dan is a Finance guy from Phoenix and Lisa is a public health researcher {yes, not a model, shocking, right?} from St. Louis, but Match.com is in a magical place called the internet, and so after wooing each other on cyber space they set their first date at the Brewers Art in Baltimore to continue wooing each other in person:))

Two years later Dan proposed in New Year’s Eve at the Kennedy Center

Lisa & Dan love trying new restaurants together, traveling, running, cooking, hiking, watching movies and the St. Louis Cardinals:)…

On a hot beautiful day…did I mention HOT? Dan and Lisa tied the knot at the beautiful W hotel in DC.

I knew the day would be perfect as soon as I came in and saw these gorge shoes!!

And this gorge bride:)

Lisa’s Mom and Sister-in-Law helped her getting ready, but it got pretty funny when her brother put her veil on

And soon after pretty emotional when he accompanied her on her last drive as a single woman..

FYI, Lisa you are stunning

The ceremony was in a beautiful church called Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament

After the ceremony I went for a ride with the newlyweds. I have to give the driver a shout out since he introduced me to the sweet spot {below} that overlooks the beautiful Jefferson Memorial

My favorite shot

We originally had planned to take most of the couple photos and family photos in a park right by the W hotel, but since it was super hot that day we decided to stay cool inside the hotel which in retrospect was a better idea since this hotel is just beautiful:)

The reception details were exquisite

Fun fun and some more fun

Of course, I had to finish with some favorite night shots

I wanted to give special thanks to Katie Martin from Elegance & Simplicity that helped make the day flawless. Also, a huge thanks to my wingman, Nathan, for helping me captures some great memories for this lovely couple.

Lisa & Dan, you are so much fun, I had such a great time photographing your amazing wedding. I can’t wait to hang out with you soon.

Nicole & Allen: Engagement Session {Ellicott City}

The weather has been horrible for the last few months here in the East Coast, and for us, photographers, it means rescheduling, rescheduling, and more rescheduling.

After a few reschedules, the lovely couple and I finally met outside the Ellicott Mills Brewing Co which is located at Old Town Ellicott City, their first date location, where their love story changed from viral to really personal….but more of that in a later wedding blog postJ

As I mentioned few times on my blog before, I always ask my clients if they have a special place with sentimental value or a place that helps bring out their personality…..for  Nicole & Allen, Ellicott City is both. Not only have they had a sentimental value towards the place, but also the romantic feel of the picturesque town just works hand in hand with the love and devotion you see on this couple’s face for one another.

Happy Tuesday,

Amy & Bryan: Engagement Session {Havre de Grace}

“We feel so awkward in front of the camera”, these two announced soon after I met them at this pastoral town called Havre de Grace. Needless to say, Amy and Bryan were naturals and absolutely gorg, and so is the location.

Havre de Grace is located on the Chesapeake Bay, and since I am a water girl at heart, it was the perfect backdrop for this couple’s love story. ..Amy & Bryan have been around the block {the wedding block that it} once before. One thing I can say for sure, they both got out of their previous marriages still believing in LOVE, and that is how they found each other {in a bar from all places}, fell in love, and the rest…well, yes, is history.

Amy has an adorable son from her previous marriage and Bryan has three adorable kids from his previous marriage, and together they have a beautiful loving family. Although they have a full house, they still find the time to be all lovey dovey, and have a blast together as you can see in the following images:)
